Trail Reports
Westwoods:

-Team A: (4 Hours) Paul and Sandy cleaned up trail entrances and cleared the overgrowth in Peddler's field. A concerned hiker got in touch with Paul about a party site that she discovered on the White Circle trail. She cleaned it up.
-Team B: (5 Hours) Blazing was completed on segments of the Orange Circle, and trees were marked for removal in the remaining closed section. The trail markers are missing near the entrance at Three Corners Road.
-Team C: (11 Hours) Paul reported that with Fred's sling shot and Peter's expertise the remaining large trees were brought down on the Red Diamond.
Nut Plains: No report
Paul Trail: No report.
Kampmeyer: Joe has reblazed the trail. It is very swampy right now and needs bridges. The Fall Walk scheduled for this trail may have to take an alternate path in one section.
Eastwoods: Has been completely reblazed.
Hoadly Creek: No report
Spencer Creek: No report.

Scheduled Work Parties:
-1:00pm Saturday November 1st meet at Moose Hill Green Rectangle to survey the potential re-routing of the Yellow Circle north of the Blue Rectangle.
-1:00pm Sunday November 2nd meet at Dunk Rock Rd to clear all cut debris and reopen the Red Diamond trail.

Old Businesss:
-Paul emailed Huber to let him know that there were four Ct signs missing
-Matt and Kevin reported that the West woods Webpage is temporarily on the town site at www.guilfordct.com/westwoods. Check it out feed back is welcome. Some suggestions were to link to GLTC, give trail status (open/closed), add some historical info, advertise the Nature Trail Book, add the East Woods.
-Paul marked about 200 on the Orange Circle to be cut. Shelley Green suggested that we might like to look at a bigger picture and want to leave some more areas uncut.
