Attendance: Dave Middleton, Sally Richards, Fred Richards, Mary Richerson, Matt Richerson, Peter Johnson, Paul Proulx, Kevin Smith, Ellsworth Mathias, Susan Kukle, dia Robinson, Audrey Teofilo, Sandy Porter. Several members were accompanied by their families.

Approval/corrections of minutes: Minutes for May 17, 2004 were approved without corrections.

Resignations/New Members/Members news: No resignations. No new members.

GLTC Report: Susan Kukle
-Robert Thorson's talk was great
-Suggested that everyone check out the GLCT website at www.guilfordlandtrust.org.

Trail Reports:
None

Future Work Parties:
-Cutting to continue on the Red Diamond

New Business:
-Meet for the Guilford Fair Parade on Whitfield Street somewhere between High Street and the Old Stone House. Look for Kevin Smith, the banner, and the rest of us.
-First meeting, September 20th.
-Next seasons work is to inlude
-Trail clearing
-Getting a new map of the trail systems pulled together
-Planning and implementing educational programs

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:05pm to begin the great pot luck picnic.
